Details
Problem is triggered by Symantec Antivirus Coprporate Edition Client Security (ver 8.1.0.825) blocking of W32.Sober.I@mm!enc virus. Quarrantined files take all of inbox file in Mozilla (Mozilla 1.7.3) and Mozilla Thunderbird version 1.0 (20041206) Popstate.dat file then prevents re-downloading. This has happened under Windows Server 2003, Windows XP and Windows 2000 computers

That's not a bug in Thunderbird, Symantec shouldn't delete the inbox if it contains an infected mail (we store the entire mailbox in a single file). *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 116443 ***
