Details

When the only Firefox window that is open is the Download Manager while
downloading anything, the menu bar is inaccessable, either through the mouse or
through keyboard shortcuts, meaning you can not open a new window etc etc etc.
However, if Firefox is the default browser for the system, opening a link, i.e.
from Mail, will open a new window and then allow access to the menu bar.

Always reproduceable:

1. Open Firefox.
2. Start downloading something (i.e. OpenOffice)
3. Close browser window so that the Download Manager is the only window open.
4. Menu bar is now inaccessable.
