The Windows error reporting suggests that a driver is at fault.
"The Windows error reporting suggests that a driver is at fault."

And why do you don't believe that ?
Mozilla/Firefox is a userspace application and can't crash winnt/2k/xp.
That is always a bug in a kernel mode driver. Mozilla or Firefox can only
trigger such a bug in the driver. (It doesn't matter if you see this only in
Mozilla)
If you get the same BSOD on 2 different systems, then you are probably using the
same printer with the same printer driver.

-> invalid (driver bug)

Thank you & points taken.

I thought it was worth logging so that it was reported in case anybody else sees
it. I'll know better in future.

Printer driver: Konica IP-422 PCL, 1.7.0 (3.3, Build 3356)

Thanks.
