Open the page http://www.inprise.com and size the
browser window so that about half the horizontal extent of
the page is displayed. Scroll down so that the top stories
section fills most of the vertical extent of the page.

Now scroll the page horizontally back and forth. If you get the
same results I do, the longer headlines will be clipped varying
amounts each time.

Sorry about ommission. Bug was discovered using M13 on Windows NT4 SP6.
I have duplicated on another machine running Windows 98 Second Edition.
One machine is laptop, other is desktop, different video card manufacturers.
Build ID: 2000012520
Revised instructions:
Open the page http://www.inprise.com and let the page load. Size the
browser window so that about half the horizontal extent of the page is
displayed. Hit Refresh and let page reload. Scroll down so that the top
stories section fills most of the vertical extent of the browser window.

Now scroll the page horizontally back and forth a few times. If you get the
same results I do, the longer headlines will be clipped on the right side by
varying amounts each time (at most a few characters).

Worksforme on Win98 2000-02-17-15. Have you tried this again on a nightly build?
