Hello,

If you put right to left in html tag (for entire page) or some parts of it 
which contains a table , cells do not render correctly.

Texts have become right to left but table cells have remained left to right.

So table cell borders even goes over texts etc.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put right to left in <html> tag
2. Put some texts in a table 
3. Preferably use a right to left language

Actual Results:  
Cells remain left to right and even cross texts which have become right to left 
now

Expected Results:  
Table should render right to left
Can you provide a URI or testcase showing the problem and also details of which
build you are using? This may be a dupe of bug 174470, which is fixed in trunk
builds.

After logon, have a look at right side of the screen (the table which contains 
active profile's picture).
