275499 - horizontal scroll bar not present when multiple tabs are present.

Description

1. There are 2 machines mac1 and mac2.
2. mac1 has 21" monitor and higher resolution than mac2.
3. vnc is installed on mac1.
4. on mac2 use firefox to see the desktop of mac1. it can be done by
http://mac1:5800
5. if there are no tabs then horizontal scroll bar appears in firefox.

Bug is --> But if there are already few tabs then in the vnc tab, no scroll bar
appears. Sometimes the horizontal scroll bar is seen. Now press F11 to full
screen the VNC tab. scroll bar vanishes. Now restore the FF back to normal.
Horizontal scroll is still not seen.

I know the same bug, even in 1.0.3 German Windows XP
Detailed Error Description:
When I start with one tab without tab-bar having a horizontal scroll-bar and
then I open a tab with CRTL-T, the horizontal scroll-bar in the first tab
disappears and I cannot scroll here anymore.

I just tested it in 1.5 beta 1. The bug is fixed now.
