SSIA - the 'g' key has been hijacked by the 'grouped by sort' function so that
you can no longer type it in the search field as a first character.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.sort messages by clicking on a column heading
2.focus is now in the search field (a different bug)
3.type 'g'
