Thawte support page doesn't scroll

When going to http://www.thawte.com/support/wot/ and clicking in the left menu:
"general faqs" or "notary faqs", the FAQs that load in the center cannot be
scrolled, thus rendering the FAQs useless.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://www.thawte.com/support/wot/
2. Click on "general faqs" or "notary faqs" in the left menu
3. observe center "body" of web page (frame?)

Actual Results:  
faqs don't scroll

Expected Results:  
faqs do scroll

PS. Also notice how the whole page also still has a vertical scrollbar, even
though the window is maximised (1024x768). That's just bad web design, having
two scrollbars on one page. This is also the case when viewing this page in
internet explorer.

Thawte have changed their website - no longer an issue AFAI can see. Reopen with
different URL if there's another example.
