if you go to:
http://privat.tdc.dk/artikel.php?dogtag=tdc_p_tele_fast_om_foer
and do a page preview the TDC logo is the only thing on the first page of the
page preview.
the page validates

For a somewhat minimal testcase, see
http://www.mcsmurf.de/testcase1/artikel.php.html (no it's not really minimal,
but i just wanted to post my results for now). It seems if you delete everything
further from this testcase (like simple text), the content from the 2nd page
jumps up to the first page.

That's as minimal as i could get it. If you delete anything further (even at
the end of the document!), the content from the 2nd page jumps to the first
page in Print Preview.

Hmm.. is  this a problem with a current tip build?  I can't reproduce this on
Linux....

The site itself is still broken, my minimal testcase is wfm for me now. I guess
this is because i created the minimal testcase on Linux with a different
printer, now i tested the minimal testcase on Windows. Just another
whitespace/margin thing...

still shows only a Logo on the first page of the preview
Using:
