When I try composing a mail using my rediffmail.com account I do not see the 
"Quick Address Book" form that is otherwise integrated into the same page. While
using the email from internet explorer I can see this forma nd use it but when
using firefox this form cannot be loaded onto the browser. 

I request you to please correct the bug so that users of firefox increases.

Unfortunately, we cannot fix the bug, because it isn't our bug. Change the
user-agent string that Firefox sends to them to that of Internet Explorer, and
they deliver a page including the <iframe> tag for a perfectly-working Quick
Address Book, but with Firefox's own user-agent string, they deny us (they also
fail to send us the advertisement in the left menu, making it a mixed sorrow).

The best course of action is for you, an otherwise-satisfied user of their
service, to contact them and explain that they are denying you code they have
already written, which works perfectly.

Hello Bug busters. I've written to Rediffmail about this. Rediffmail is widely
used in India. As you guys know there are millions of Indians who use www. So I
suggest you guys also follow up with Rediffmail to fix this issue. After all we
are all striving to promote Firefox.
