The CTR-T shortcut doesnt work when the mouse is over a flash object

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Goto a site with flash content
2.Move your mouse onto the flash content
3.Press CTRL-T for new tab
4.The shortcut doesnt work

Actual Results:
The new tab did not open while the mouse was over the flash content. As soon as
the mouse was placed on normal text or pictures, the shortcut worked.

Expected Results:
A new tab should open when CTRL-T is pressed and the mouse is on / hover a flash
object/content.
Version is 1.0

Reporter, are sure it happens when you hover over a flash object ? The key
doesn't work when Flash has the focus (when you clicked), see bug 78414.
Apparently the flash object has to be focussed. Goto www.20twenty.com >> Site
map >> and drag some of the balls and expand a bit and leave your mouse on it.
Then the ctrl-t shotcut wont work.
Then it's bug 78414
