Details

From Bug Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/4.7 [Kondara-ja] (X11; I; Linux 2.2.14-2k11 i686)
BuildID: M13:2000012520
Dragging mouse cursor back and forth over location bar generates
incorrect drawing of selected region of URL text when the location bar contains
long URL.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Mozilla by typing "./mozilla<¡Àn>"
2. Mozilla is showing default homepage at
"http://www.mozilla.org/projects/seamonkey/release-notes/m13.html"
3. Click mouse button on location bar (any position)
4. Keep pressing mouse button and drag the mouse back and forth.
Actual Results: Dragging mouse back and forth over the location bar results in
incorrect drawing of selected region of URL text exclusively
when the URL text is longer than location bar and the dragging
causes text scrolling.
Expected Results: Drawing of selected region of URL text in the location bar
should correctly reflect actual selected region.
URL text selection does not work with Linux M13.
Target Milestone: M13
Target Milestone: M13
The Same symptom is confirmed with M13 for SunOS 5.6.

This problem is not found in 2000021510 Build.
