suppose a new group is created based on an old group and a bunch of flags are related to that group, it would help to be able to see at a glance which flags need to be changed
Actually, you can see which groups are related to which flag types when you try to delete groups. Bugzilla complains and displays the list of flag types which are concerned. As you have editcomponents privs, you could go through all flag types and see where these groups are used, so displaying them at one place sounds reasonable.
