The first time I open the Customize Toolbar dialog, the box is grey and I can
not use it. The second time I try it works. It is probabally an extension
problem but I have a lot so I can not know which. I have these extensions:

Well, you can start Firefox in Safe Mode or create a new profile, to make sure
it's extensions, and then disable them all and re-enable them one by one until
it happens again, but it's still a bug in an extension, which is up to the
extension author to fix, unless and until he or she looks at it and says "when I
do this, Firefox should do that, but instead it...".
