It whould be just great if some icon will shows up near "cookies" icon to show
the rendering style - strict mode or quirks. It will educate people to move to
standarts and will not break anything in any way.

There is already info about mode in "Page info", but main reason for icon is to
be same sort of warning as exist with cookies and security icon now.
This is definitely something that should go into an extension and not into the
default install. We try to keep our user interface pretty lean. And something
like this would be contrary to that. It would also confuse about 99% of our
userbase, who have absolutely no clue what a quirks mode or a standards mode is.
And they don't have to.

I am accepting your decision.
Still I will not agree.
If you call icon "page is compatible with standarts" and "page is not compatible
with standarts" it will be understood by most of users.

Icon about "cookie" and "security" is no more clear then "mode" to most of
users. It is just a way to enforce security issues to users. Same with this icon
- enforce standarts.
"Page is rendered in strict mode" is not the same as "page is compatible with
standards".
