Once again a "bug" from a non-programmer regarding moving URL's and folders in
Bookmarks Manager and in folders on the Bookmarks Toolbar is messy. In Bookmarks
Manager a folder cannot be dragged and dropped to a new location. In fact, when
the mouse is released the folder often ends up in a new location altogether.
Moreover, a link cannot be moved to the top of the list within a folder. It
simply can't be done. Movement of folders and links to a new position often can
only be done by the very messy process of cut and paste. It seems to me that
this is a bug.
