Details

whenever I open a website the screen will flicker, not the monitor but Firefox
itself.  The only way it would seem that would fix is if I view it in full
screen only.  Thanks
dupe of bug 252945, bug 221604 or bug 268872. Hard to tell without any info
(average bug report should be more than three lines high), making a guess.
