I've been noticing some duplication of entries in the thread pane.  I got a 
screen capture of one today.  The details:
 - Message was (correctly) ID'd as junk
 - Message was shown dup'd in the junk folder
 - Message had a blank subject
 - The thread pane's unread count showed '4' -- there were three other unread 
messages, plus the two entries for the single, unread item
 - When I selected one of the entries, both entries changed at once from bold to 
normal face, and the unread count reduced to '3'
 - When I then typed M to mark it unread, the selected entry was bolded but the 
duplicate entry was not.  When I then navigated to the duplicate entry, it 
turned bold immediately.  Further navigation between the two entries did not 
cause the message to be marked read.
 - Leaving the folder and then re-entering did not change the display
 - Compacting the folder redisplayed with a single entry for the message

Reproducible?  Not on command.  The previous instances I've seen this (at least 
twice), the problem was in the junk folder, and may have also involved a message 
with a blank subject.
