Currently, if the mouse hovers over a bookmark in the bookmarks toolbar folder
at the top level, its name and URL are displayed in a small popup. It would be
useful to have this functionality for bookmarks in folders. It currently doesn't
show the URL for these bookmarks. In IE they appear for all bookmarks.
