If you save a username/password on a site, log out, and go back to the login
page, the username and password are automatically filled in. However, the
username field has the pop-down menu showing the list of usernames, with only
the (already filled in) one username in the list. If there is only one username,
and it's already filled in along with the password, there is no need to show the
pop-down menu. It's confusing.

Steps to Reproduce:
I think this was done on purpose to expose the autocomplete feature. Can't find
reference to it anywhere though.
