Details
Once you click the link to show the helpful popups, there's no way to turn them
back off without going back. There should be a link to go back.
Clicking the link should not lose information (see bug 275757 for that sort of
thing)

Reassigning bugs that I'm not actively working on to the default component owner
in order to try to make some sanity out of my personal buglist. This doesn't
mean the bug isn't being dealt with, just that I'm not the one doing it. If you
are dealing with this bug, please assign it to yourself.

As of 4.0, this is no longer a problem because that help system no longer exists.
