I think there should be a way to share named searches.

For example, if I wanted to store a query called "Next Firefox Release" that
would always show the bugs targetted for the next release, I'd do

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/buglist.cgi?cmdtype=runnamed&namedcmd=Next%20Firefox%20%Release&fromuser=bugzilla-alanjstrBugs@sneakemail.com

That way I would be able to establish a link to the query, but as Firefox moves
along, I can change the query without updating the link.
