The height and width statements in the JavaScript openWindow function seem to be
different interpreted than in the Internet Explorer. If I open a window in
Firefox the window is much highter than in the Internet Explorer.

can you please attach a page demonstrating the problem you're seeing.
I suspect that it has to do with the "client height" vs height distinction and
the fact that firefox toolbars are smaller.

Hi,
you can test it @ http://cologne.eu.org/
The popup window should be 300*300.
You have to allow javascript to change the window size and disable the statusbar.
It worked fine until you added the checkbox in the javascript advanced options
to "hide the status bar".
