Changing the Username for an existing Mail-Account will crash Mozilla when click
"Ok" in alert popup:
"Your Username has been updated. You may also need Update your Email Address
and/or Username associated with this Account." [OK]

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open MailNews from Mozilla-Trunk-Build
2. Go to Account Settings -> Server Settings
3. Change Username for existing Account and commit all Dialoges

Actual Results:  
Mozilla crashes

Expected Results:  
Username has to be changed, no crash

Changing the Username works fine with Mozilla 1.8a5 Release, WinNT 5.0. 

But crashes the Trunkbuilds, also running Mozilla with Linux. 

Have got two similar TB crash IDs:

TB2708511X, TB2708372M
Add Keywords Crash and regression because changing Username works fine in 1.8a5
Release. 

And, of course, not the Talkback IDs are similar, the Stacks are.

Probably, since 2004-12-14-12 doesn't crash, 2004-12-16-01 crashes.

This fixes the calls to use an empty string instead of a null pointer, which
prevents the crash in nsDependentString.
