275796 - Most Popular page shows no extensions at all, I believe this is because also that all of the Extensions seem to not have a 'Total Downloads' greater than 0!

When viewing the 'default' page for the extension update website for Firefox. 
It shows an empty list for the Most Popular.  This would be useful to identify
which extension I should look at.  Something related, when opening the details
of any extension the Total Downloads section always reports 0

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open https://addons.update.mozilla.org/extensions/?application=firefox
2. Page shows empty list
3. Click extension in either Top Rated/Most Recent list
4. Total Downloads shows a value of 0

Actual Results:  
Most Popular list is empty and Total Downloads = 0

Expected Results:  
Most Popular lists the top 5 most downloaded extensions and the Total Downloads
shows the number of downloads for that extension

Actually this is the effect of Bug 267822 quick and dirty fix. When update-beta
goes live with all the work that fixes Bug 257229 (hopefully in a very short
time), all the download-count stuff comes back better than before :-)

Fixing duplicate resolution.. Bugzilla doesn't like mid-airing when resolving as
