20041222 trunk

The 20041222 trunk build does not open correctly on WinXP. It just opens to a
blank window. The last build that works correctly is 20041206. All subsequent
trunk builds open in the manner described.

Tried deleting xul.mfl and chrome.rdf, but it made no difference.
