only bonsai pages have such a link; so I have to first click "CVS Blame" or
something before being able to choose cvs graph.

this can't be done generically unless bonsai's params are publicly exposed (i don't think they are).

for added points, the lxr header gets changed in cvs occasionally (i posted a patch to it a few minutes ago), so this would be a good way to introduce painful conflicts if someone were to add the customization which i will post shortly.
