Details

I'm running Sunbird 0.2RC1

The Print Preview window closes when switched between Landscape and Portrait
page settings.

Steps to Reproduce:
1- Print Active Calendar
2- Hit OK (month/day/week doesn't appear to affect this)
3- In Print Preview,  click Landscape or Portrait buttons.
