275816 - Opening directories from CDROM

The problems that I am encounterign are from authoring CDROM's using flash.  
when use the getURL command from flash to open a directory on a CDROM, using 
the client users default browser, Firefox exhibits strange results.  If the 
browser is not currently open then it opens and takes the user to a random web 
page.  If the browser is already open then the link works fine.

As the URL opened is entirely at the the discretion of the browser, this can 
have serious consequences for me or my clients as it appears that the user is 
being directed purposefully towards websites, that may have dubious content!

If necessary I can email through a flash executable that demonstrates this 
issue.
