On my screen, text fields are hardly visible, at least their border is hard to
see. Especially the right border. The gray is simply to bright compared to a
white background. I don't know if this is specific to my monitor, but it is well
calibrated and no matter how much I play with contrast or brighness, the
situation gets only worse. While I can see the top border and left border
clearly (although it could be darker, too), the bottom and right border are way
too bright. This applies to textfields, but also to checkboxes and selection
boxes. For buttons, it's the top and left border that is too bright.
I can make a screenshot, but I'm not sure how helpful that is. Using a different
monitor with different settings may not show the same result. Please bear in
mind that on Macs the default Gamma makes everything much brighter than on PCs.
I think there is for sure a way to fix this, using some of the CSS files
(user-content or so), but it would be nice to fix this in general.
