Graphical chart should line up with comments, but it is not when access this web
site using Firefox 1.0. Same problem with previous versions.

Reporter - the URL you provided to points to members-only page.
In order that the issue can be investigated, plese attach the HTML source of the
problematic page to this bug. [Use "Save Page As..." from the File menu to save
the page, and then attach the saved file to this bug using the "Create New
Attachment" link, above].

per your request I saved the web page using Firefox. The attachement was
zipped with WinZip.
This is the same web page I saved with IE. Please notice the difference. The
attachment is also zipped with Winzip.

The attached HTML shows that the site is doing server-side browser detection. It
probably detects Firefox as "Netscape", and consequently serves it HTML
containing <LAYER> elements - which Firefox/Mozilla does not support.
I believe this makes it a Tech. Evangelism bug.

INCOMPLETE due to lack of activity since the end of 2009.
If someone is willing to investigate the issues raised in this bug to determine whether they still exist, *and* work with the site in question to fix any existing issues, please feel free to re-open and assign to yourself.
