The showlist title tag for the links were removed intentionally, when the page was redesigned by silverorange. The previews image on showlist doesn't have that particular context anyway, it probably could be unlinked and be fine, in this case, it links to the moreinfo page itself, so the tip there, is both unneeded and false. People tend to know by context clues on a page, where a link is going to take them, title tags everywhere won't improve that sitaution. Adding more noise discredits the title tags that are used to provide signal where it makes a bit of sense to do so. I don't see how adding title tags that aren't intuitive improves the usability of the page, I see it as making it more noisy and title tags that say what the user already knows, are worthless. Previews on moreinfo is another matter, addressed by a seperate bug, Bug 275158. In general, saying "click here" everywhere is just bad practice for a professional website.
