I haven't been able to figure it out, and have played with the different options
and haven't been able to fix it.

I have the site marked as "allowed" for Popups, but it will still block them. I
tried removing it from the Allowed list, and tried again: blocked. Added it to
the allowed list: Blocked. 

Not too sure why it is, though... I mean it's not a huge thing since I can click
the little banner at the top and click the "Show..." and have the pop-up come
up, but it's just kind of annoying. I also wonder if this problem causes other
problems for other sites.

The only idea I have is that it may have something to do with the 
"http://gmail.google.com/gmail" as the entire address part... and I noticed that
FireFox won't let me add the last /gmail into the allowed/blocked portion...
