Details

All the calendar providers now live in seperate dirs, with their own makefile
etc. They could live in one dir for simplicity.

Added bonus is that the ics calendar can inherit from the memory calendar,
instead of wrapping every call. Much less code. (that is, if we use just one
calProviderModule.js)
