Details

When I save a file, the default filename is the filename on the server, and not
the title, this is a real PITA in sites such as dynamic content sites or vb
forums (all saved threads show up as showthread.php.htm, and I have to rename
them manually on each save to something more sensible).

This should be fairly easy to solve
