First go to http://www.osnews.com/comment.php?news_id=9237, then click "read all
[No] comments" link, while the page is reloading move the mouse to the osnews
banner (http://www.osnews.com/images/osn2.gif)in order to get the "OSNews Front
Page" tooltip. After the reload the tooltip should disappear, however it still
remains for another 10 or so seconds. This bug can be reproduced on other sites
as well (works on slashdot).

I've been able to reproduce this bug on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1;
en-US; rv:1.8a6) Gecko/20041223 Firefox/1.0+ as well.
WFM on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050524
