My bookmarks and folders for bookmarks are all gone! Is there a way to recover
from this problem. Please email me at fgirard@optonline.net

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Just simply select bookmarks for the sidebar and only one empty folder there
2. In anodther scearnous when I go to bookmark a page no folders are accessible
fo store them in.
3.



Expected Results:  
To see all my bookmarks and folders.

I am duping to similar bug 275985 becuase it's a similar problem with the
bookmarks system.
