When I download any .torrent file, it does not allow me to save it or run it --
the OK button is grayed out in the "Opening <filename>" dialog.
When I installed Firefox 1.0, I had BitTornado as my bittorrent client.
I uninstalled BitTornado, and installed Azureus.
Since then, I have been unable to handle .torrent files in Firefox.
.torrent does not appear in Downloads|File Types, nor does anything related to
either of the bittorrent clients show up in Plug-Ins.
