Details

If I have a message filter with 10 filtering options and I want to remove the
5th option, it's not clear how to do this. I can select the option such that it
is highlighted. Pressing delete or trying to bring up a context menu don't work.
Leaving the match field empty doesn't also doesn't seem to work. The only thing
I found that works is the fewer button, which deletes from the end.
