This feature may not be THAT useful to many, but it should be fairly easy to
implement. I have evil MS Outlook grabbing default mail app on every ActiveSync
sync session regardless of its configuration, so each time I launch Thunderbird
I get a popup about setting it as default mail handler.
As far as i know, MS Outlook problem is not uncomon and it is used to behaving
ike that.

I guess there could be an option to perform default app setting change on
startup (or every 5 minutes, or osmething) without the prompt.
