If I go to ANY site & try to download an MP3, MPEG; you name it--- your browser won't allow me to do it. I can't watch Media Player videos - on websites either. ERROR: " Blah Blah Blah file could not be saved because the source file could not be read" I get this on any site I go to. With Windows browser-I CAN download anything I want..

Might be bug 180672.
Summary: I cannot download ANYTHING from ANYWHERE with your browser!! → downloading anything from anywhere gives "file could not be saved because the source file could not be read"
Reporter: Try if the given URL in bug 180672 helps. Or if deletion of the compreg.dat file in your FF installation helps. If so, please resolve it as a duplicate.
