Details

If and when mozilla.org signs themes and extensions, we should show an icon
showing this.

I think this will require a DB change so we can add a "signed by mozilla.org" flag.
Target Milestone: 1.0 → 2.0
A new column, signed, should be added for each extension version.  Values are 
N - Not Signed
A - Author Signed
M - Mozilla Signed
