If you are half way down a long list of links and go to one. When you click back
to return to the list you go back to the beginning of the list not were you left
(IE does not do this it goes back from were you came)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Site with long menu
2.go to one of the kinks
3.then try to go back to were you started from

Actual Results:
goes back to the top of the page

Expected Results:
Should go back to the link you came from
You need to provide a specific URL where you see this.

There are already several existing bugs on this sort of issue, and this may just
be a dup of one of them. But without a URL, who knows?
