Mozilla 200412106 Mac OS 10.3.6

There is no way for a user to close the CRL manager window.

1. Go to "Preferences" --> "Privacy & Security" --> "Validation" and hit the
"Manage CRLs..." button.
2. Notice that the dialog window lacks Close/OK button(s) and that the ability
to close the window is disabled/missing.

This has probably been around for a long time, since I see this on the 1.7.5
release as well. Can't seem to find any report, though.
