276027 - mouse cursor unchanged after page load

the normal situation when moving mouse around the webpage is that is changes
pointer when it is over the link hot-spots.  when such link is clicked, and page
reloaded, mouse cursor doesn't change shape to reflect new under-cursor element.

This may have been fixed in/by bug 20022 (fix not included in Firefox 1.0).
