When a file field is right-clicked in a form in Firefox, the normal context menu
is displayed instead of the text area/text box menu.  That makes it impossible
to paste a path to a file.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a page with a form that includes a file field.
2. Right click in the text area for the file field.
Actual Results:  
Regular context menu was displayed.

Expected Results:  
Text area context menu should have been displayed.
