On an extention or theme's page, under the user Comments there is a link that
says "Read all Opinions". This link is there even if there are 5 or less comments.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
The link is displayed even though there are five or less opinions.

Expected Results:  
If the number of user opinions is less than or equal to five the link should not
be displayed
