Details

We (http://www.assistiveware.com) develop assistive technology software for Mac
OS X and one of our products relies on Apple's accessibility API to be able to
read text aloud to readers with poor vision. In Tiger Apple will include Voice
Over, a built-in screen reader technology that also relies on the information
provided through the accessibility API for blind users. Please add support for
the accessibility API to future Firefox releases
(http://developer.apple.com/documentation/Carbon/Conceptual/MakingAppsAccessible/index.html).
Note that Safari fully supports this so to compete with Safari it is important
that Firefox also provides this. User with disabilities should alo have a chose
of browsers.
