it is a bug that I cannot set the TB version. Or why is there any version input
displayed when I cannot set the version at all? What is it's purpose then?
I think he's pointing out that there are not any choices to pick from.  The
mention of 'default' just threw us off.  There are not other choices besides
unspecified to pick from.

well, i added 0.9, 1.0, and Trunk to unspecified. they're a random selection. it
doesn't help that the roadmap is amazingly stale. if mscott wants them removed,
changed or replaced, he can file a bug...
