OK, Seriously... If you could just add the ability to input a new file type into the download manager other than HTM I'd and millions of other developers would be happy, very happy. It's been my number one complaint of all time, having to rename file extension after download to correct them. Sometimes I go so blazing fast I don't remember and need to do it again, which sucks. If you can implement an add any file type to the download manager you'll be number one for sure. Let the user decide if a .php or .txt or .js should be saved as such, not as xxx.php.htm Thanks in Advance PS: It's been the download manager that I've suffered the most, everthing else ROCKS!!! YOU'RE THE BEST. I'll be recommending your browser on all my sites and to all my clients. Let's continue to make it #1 & Take Back the Web G Hackett Web Developer of the people Micro credo: "Never trust a computer heavier than you can lift"

This might also be a dupe of one of the bug 160454 dependencies.
Firefox treats this as non-html file because it doesn't have the DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML...etc tag on the page. So it thinks of it as something other than a HTML file, so as for firefox fixing this anytime soon...don't hope for it.
